This is a nice budget near greater London area. The checkin process is fast and efficient.

The staff who checked us in were very rude. We had previously stayed at Whitechapel ibis budget. The staff at Whitechapel were very welcoming and gave great service. Also the room was very clean. But in hounslow ,room was not properly made. In the bunk bed ,the duvet was just rolled up in one side .There was no pillow cover. Duvet cover not clean and had holes in them. We went down soon after check in and reported this in reception. They argued that it is how it's done.we told them that it is not since we had taken the same type of room (triple room -1 double bed and bunk bed)at Whitechapel. We told the staff that we need the bed to be made properly( around 4:30). We came back at night around 11 pm and the problem was not rectified. It was not touched or changed. Room cleaning done daily was also just name sake. Under the bed and tables there was dust . However the staff on the last night of our stay was very lovely.(maybe I am spelling the name wrong - zuk from punjab).

Just what you would expect from a Ibis Budget, but a little less clean. Friendly staff, but a really smelly toilet smell in the lounge downstairs. Perfectly fine for a few nights.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to a metro station makes it a good location to choose

The hotel is good for the night stay since it's very much affordable and Heathrow airport is nearby. Service and staff are very helpful. However I was expecting a water kettle as basic ammenity .Also the curtains are dirty and not cleaned at all.

Small, modern and clean room. Nice staff. Location was very convenient for Heathrow, No hairdryer in the room, but I received one from reception. Would be happy to stay again.

Very basic hotel but OK for a one night stay and close enough to Heathrow airport.

The hotel was completely mess. The first room we got in, had a leakage from the sink when we try to wash. They changed room, and in the morning, the second room had the same problem. The hotel doesn't look hotel at all. It just looks like restaurant that allows accomodations. I've been to hostels and shared accomodations better than this hotel. Wouldn't recommend it at all, unless your life is hanging by thread and you need to book this hotel.

Simple but yet classic. Great ambience, courteous staff. Highly recommended if you are travelling on a budget.

Good location , attached car parking . Nice staff No kettle in the room.

Family room with a double bed and a bunk bed; small and compact but reasonably clean and comfortable. Transparent shower door with no where to hang clothings, towel etc; poor privacy and inconvenience when staying with teenagers. Toilet is small and again door cannot be locked. No slippers, waste bin and no kettle provided, but free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and hot water available during breakfast time from 6.3am to 10.30am. Excellent location with easy access to supermarket and bus stop. An underground station is not too far away for transport to the airport and the city.

A great place to stay would book again if flying in/out of London and staying a few days. The breakfast was a continental one so I was a little disappointed that it wasn't sausages and bacon and so on but it was nice all the same.
