Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

The location is less than two minutes from the tube station. Because I stayed for three nights, I asked the front desk manager to change the room, because the bed type that I had just lived five days ago was a more comfortable hard bed. Later, when I went out later in the evening, I saw from the outside of the hotel that many rooms did not turn on the lights. No one stayed. Although I did not maintain the mentality of being able to change the house, I really could not feel the sincerity of the hotel for the service of the guests. If it wasn’t just five days before I lived, I wouldn’t find such a big difference in the quality specifications of the bed. Even more, I came back to the room the next day and found that the so-called room finishing only flattened the quilt. Other cups like coffee and tea were not cleaned or changed, and no tea bags and coffee were added. The floor and toilet were also There is little garbage and it feels very bad. I really don't understand how to stay twice in a week, and there is such a big difference in feeling.

The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it.

The hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !

Good location just next to the underground station. If you need to take the early flight in Heathrow, it’s good to stay here. Price is okay, room is clean, staff are friendly as usual.

Hygienic, good service, breakfast 0k, there is the most basic milk, croissants, coffee and tea. There is no free shuttle bus at the airport. Take a taxi for a few kilometers.

The room is fancy and clean. Bed is comfortable. And extra pillow provided. Nearby park have a lovely squirrel. Breakfast is ok but no egg. Some staff are friendly.

Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!
