San Francisco Hotels with Hot Tub

Hotel is fine. On older side for sure. Located very central. Super scary since streets are packed with homeless drug *******. You actually see ppl shooting ***** into their veins. You see human poop everywhere. Smells like pee everywhere as well. So nothing really to do w the hotel but it's SanFran in general. It was our families first time there and never going back that's for sure.

The management of this hotel is extremely arrogant and ruthless. Three weeks before our check-in date, we applied for a cancellation through the platform due to a possible trip rescheduling because of a physical injury. I prepared a hospital diagnosis of a fracture and a rest certificate, but despite multiple communications, the hotel still refused to cancel. Other hotels, however, helped us with the cancellation. Upon check-in, the hotel charges a parking fee of $45 per day, but you can only park until 2 PM the next day — no matter how late you arrive. In summary, we had to stay at this hotel, and the experience was as anticipated; perhaps their practices are legal, but they are heartless — showing no understanding, care, or service spirit towards guests.

Very convenient. comfortable and spacious room with bath tub, fridge, and microwave oven. Hot water available right outside the room. location excellent! beautiful and clean room. nice hotel managers. Very helpful!

This is the smallest Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The sensor setting of the refrigerator in the room of the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco is really too small. Location: The location is near the red line of the cable car, which is the place where the Internet celebrity punches in. Just turn right and climb a steep slope when you leave the hotel. Room facilities: This is the worst Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The room should be renovated. It is quite small. The overall layout is just average. And I was given a very far room. From the elevator to the room, you have to walk for a long time. If you push the box, it is very strenuous. The drinks and alcohol in the room are also set up with sensors one by one. The waiter also has to explain that if you take it out for more than a few minutes, you will have to charge money. Is this the layout of the Ritz-Carlton? ? ? The bathtub and shower area are not separated. They are together. Bad review. Breakfast: Breakfast is not self-service, but ordered. There are few choices and the price is amazing. Unexpected. Gym: The gym is still well-equipped and open 24 hours a day. Value for money: The overall value for money is average.

The room is bright and clean, and the location is convenient. The hotel service is very good, and the hotel restaurant is also very delicious. There are just a few more beggars outside, but the hotel's security is very good.

Wonderful Stay at The Clift Royal Sonesta During our recent stay at The Clift Royal Sonesta in San Francisco, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s modern yet classic ambiance made for a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff truly stood out with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. They provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which enhanced our trip even more. The hotel’s location is another major plus. Situated in the heart of San Francisco, it was easy to walk to Union Square, great restaurants, and shopping areas. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore other parts of the city.

Very pretty interior and nice antique touch, views on the Top of the Mark to die for. Rooms were spacious, which was nice to see. However, not having a breakfast buffet was a tad disappointing, as somebody who likes having a wide array of choices in hotels of this standard. The location is quite steep up in the Nob Hills, so it will get quite the workout out of you! 😄 Overall, a pleasant experience.

Good location to many attractions. However the bell service is really bad. The answer to the request of borrowing umbrella during rainy day is ”No. It's your own responsibility”. Have never mer thus kind of rude service in a hotel.

Best hotel I've stayed in in San Francisco. The view is great and worth the price. The service is very good, and the small restaurant downstairs is also good. You can try it. Because it is located in the financial district, there are not many homeless people and tourists. There are a lot of places to eat and drink around, but there are no signboards. You can find them by searching online.

Be sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party. This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel. The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests. This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!
