"Easy to find, checked in quickly. Loved the room we had. The location feels historic and full of character. Front desk attendant was super nice and helpful. The old style elevator was very fun to use. Our window had access to the escape stairs and over looked the main road which added an adventures feel. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to walk to the Mosaic where we were attending a concert."

"No extra fee for parking. Gated for extra security. Key card access only on all entry points. Newly-renovated rooms on the 3rd level. Updated facilities with modern features. USB charging ports. Heating and auto-timer light in toilet. Elevator is old but remains functional. Housekeeping crew missed cleaning room on one or two occasions but staff was attentive to provide towels upon request. Lots of restaurants within the hotel vicinity."

"First impression was the staff. Super helpful and friendly. The hotel has an old world charm about it. The room was quite small but the bed was really comfortable and very nice bedding. The room was clean and had a good shower in it. There was no noise as my room faced onto another building. No air con but found the ceiling fan did a good job. It's a perfect location for everywhere with regular bus and trains. I think it's really more of an upmarket hostel than a hotel but that said for the price it's a very good deal. Biggest selling point is the staff. Super nice. I felt the hotel was safe, clean and an excellent location. Also right next door to trader Joe's! Bonus! Would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel without great pretensions that meets the perfect to be able to visit San Francisco with great community has to be very well located As No1 is in a non-hommless area (at least on the streets around) The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. It smells strange as it has mats all over the hotel . In the room you will find TV, towels, cleaning products, refrigerator, etc. If you don't have great demands and you want a mid-site clean , with private bathroom and very well located. It is perfect for a few days . They ask you for a 250 deposit at the entry that in theory return you at 10 days ( pre-authorisation on the card)) They let you leave your bags in the reception once you check in."

"The location is quite convenience to anywhere; bus stop, big bus stop, Embarcadero Bart station, China town, union square and Fisherman’s wharf. Nice services and clean room."

"The management of this hotel is extremely arrogant and ruthless. Three weeks before our check-in date, we applied for a cancellation through the platform due to a possible trip rescheduling because of a physical injury. I prepared a hospital diagnosis of a fracture and a rest certificate, but despite multiple communications, the hotel still refused to cancel. Other hotels, however, helped us with the cancellation. Upon check-in, the hotel charges a parking fee of $45 per day, but you can only park until 2 PM the next day — no matter how late you arrive. In summary, we had to stay at this hotel, and the experience was as anticipated; perhaps their practices are legal, but they are heartless — showing no understanding, care, or service spirit towards guests."

"Friendly staff, Clean , convenient and close to Powell station, union square plaza , Chinatown. They serve coffee, tea , muffins, cakes from morning 07:30-10:00. We stayed total 7nights."

"I had a great time in this hotel, behind Union Square and near the houses on Lombard St. I could easily walk to Pier 39. and it was a five minute walk to the BART to get to the airport. The hotel is a very nice building. I liked it. There is a coffee machine and capsules to use in the room for free. a great experience."

"The hotel is newly renovated. I like the blue and white color scheme. The room is spacious. The hotel entrance is not big, but the lobby is not small. The sound insulation is average. You can hear people walking upstairs and the noise of vehicles on the street. I am quite satisfied with the lodging. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Union Square. There is a breakfast shop opposite, a barbecue and a pizza takeaway shop next to it, and a supermarket on the corner. It is very convenient to buy things and eat. The most amazing thing is that there is a delicious hamburger shop two blocks away (see Figure 1 for prices). I have been there twice. In short, I recommend this hotel. It is fast, affordable and cost-effective."

"I stayed here to attend my child's graduation ceremony. Since I searched for HTL near my dormitory, it was on Post St, the same street as Union Square, so I climbed about 4 slopes from Market St, which is the main street of the flat area. It was quite troublesome to drag a big piggy around, but the slope north of Post St is steeper, so if you are traveling by Burt from San Francisco Airport, you should take HTL between Market St and Post St. would be good. The scale is small like a 3-star HTL, but there is a sofa and a coffee pot corner at the front desk. The room was a comfort queen room with a window, the bed was perfect in queen size, the bathroom had a bathtub, the room was equipped with a safe and an ironing board, and the room was spacious and comfortable. San Francisco doesn't seem to have an air conditioner, so it was comfortable because the windows opened and the ceiling fan was on. Also, while there are many additional HTLs for breakfast, I was skeptical that breakfast was included, but in the corridors of each floor there is a continental (coffee, orange juice, hot water and T packs, pastries) are placed. The view from the window was a similar old building across the alley, but it was a 3-star HTL with a low price, so it can't be helped. Of course it is cleaned, but it was a comfortable HTL except for the dust near the outlet. "
