"Superb tea gardens view from window. 8-10 cars parking, gated and guarded. Room is spacious but old and dirty at few areas. Food has mixed reviews. Chicken was hard to chew and soup was below average but manchurian, potato finger fries n parantha were good. Overall food all over munnar hotels is average. Linen was average. No ac in any room. Hot water available from only 6 am to 10 am f/b 6 pm to 10 pm strictly. About 1/2 km away from main city in a quiet place. We faced no water issue at 5 am. It was difficult to find floor manager and finally water supply issue was resolved."
