On the ground floor terrace you will find a dining area where you can enjoy tasty meals with your companions. On the top floor there is also another terrace. Being in a residential area, privacy is partial as the property has direct neighbours. The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and AC, open to the gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a bedroom with double bed and AC. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. As you go upstairs you will see 3 more bedrooms equipped with AC. Two of them have a double bed and have direct access to a small balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a study or work area. A bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal on the same floor. On the third floor there is another terrace with a view of the mountains and if the day is clear you can also see the sea. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
