"What a relaxing stay! Everyone should definitely check out this hotel!!! The service was exceptionally good. When we two little girls checked in, the staff carried our luggage to our room, and when we checked out, they even took our suitcases to our taxi. They also gave us complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in. The hotel's location is great too, only a 3-minute drive from the station, and there are plenty of restaurants within a kilometer. We stayed in a tatami room with heating, and the room was very clean. It's a shame I didn't take any pictures of the room—the view of the snow outside the window was amazing! This is the first time I've written such a long review; it's all from the bottom of my heart. The hotel was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Also!! Arxan is truly beautiful, and the people here are incredibly welcoming. When we went to eat at a restaurant specializing in iron pot stew, the owner even drove us there and back—we were genuinely touched."

"This is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory.
