AAnonymous UserThe owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, reserving us the best room with a view, helping us carry our luggage up and down the stairs, and even buying us coffee when we left. The room was very warm, and the shower water was plentiful and hot; although it was an electric water heater, it was more than enough for a shower. The hotel had a beautiful view, was quiet, and had a small river in front of it where you could take a walk along the river. A few minutes' walk across the bridge led to Shengquan Square and the food street.

LLijunyanThis is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory. Thanks again to the owner 🙏🏻

TTabaxiaotiantianIt was my first time to Arxan. I just wanted to take a break, but I was attracted by the beauty of this small town. It has a cool climate and is a summer resort. The St. Petersburg Hotel was also surprising. Both the hardware facilities and the service attitude were great, especially Miss Anna, who was gentle and amiable, and provided considerate service. When I left, my mother said that we must stay in this beautiful town for a few more days next time!

The whole hotel has sufficient heating, although it is more than 30 degrees below zero outside, but the interior is warm. Aershan City Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Aershan Railway Station. Opposite the hotel is Aershan Coach Station.

Service: The front desk is super enthusiastic. I have been thinking about pouring water to turn it into ice, and finally it happened. The girl at the front desk helped me boil water several times. B&B environment: Very clean. Although the bedding is not as smooth as that of a big hotel, at least it can be seen that it is changed after every guest!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very basic but it's normal in the country. The position is great, very close to the platform from where buses leave to go to the Park's attractions. Also there's a supermarket and several restaurants around. Don't get scared if you don't find anyone at the reception, there's a telephone number, and when they show up, they are very helping and easygoing. No one speaks English but no one does in that area.

GGuest UserI have stayed in a very good hotel twice. When I checked in in mid-September, the hotel was not cold and there were electric mattresses. Hygiene: It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is very quiet. It is on the edge of the town. The price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is high. It is convenient to go anywhere in Aershan. Next to the hotel is a small house in the clock tower. I don't know what it is for, but it is quite good. Good looking. Facilities: Complete facilities, washing machine, and rich breakfast. Service: The front desk said that rooms with small windows can be upgraded to larger windows. Anyway, I just slept one night and there was no trouble in upgrading. The town of Aershan is really beautiful!
