Hhappy travel funOrange hotel wenhua is located nearby wenhua road night market, location is convenient. I book room for 3, the bed is comfortable with a soft comforter. Downstairs have one convenient store. Breakfast buffet is good with multiple choice. Have turkey rice, and is so good.

JJonas.Nice and clean accomodation. Staff amazing, housekeepers amazing. The only dirty bits I can find in my room is the mould on top of the shower (small amount). Location is wise… near to the station, night market and Smart Fish, a bit of a distance to local attractions (Hinoki Village). Facilities, lots of common areas. I will stay here again.

GGuest UserI chose your hotel because Baishatunma was going on a pilgrimage. When I walked in and checked in, the aroma that hit my nose was very fragrant and relaxing, making me feel like I was on vacation abroad. Every staff member spoke very gently and reminded me of the precautions. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the overall feeling was really great. I will definitely stay here again~ There is also a sky bar on the top floor, which is really great, and the bartender is a beautiful lady 👍👍

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff were friendly and nice. However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

XXianJennifer0510The location is very convenient! It is very convenient to go to the train station, famous shops, and night markets! It is within walking distance! The hotel provides free bicycles! Also, if you arrive early, you can store your luggage! The hotel also provides a piano! Free breakfast! Although the hotel looks old inside, the room is very spacious! There is also a big bathtub 🛁! Family Mart is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient!I like hotel Free breakfast , very local style .

RREASONPEIJust two weeks later, when I arrived in Chiayi, I chose to stay at Guanko Hotel again. The price was very good compared to the cleanliness of the room and the richness of the breakfast. Although the hotel is some distance away from the Wenhua Road Night Market, if you have your own transportation, Guanko Hotel is still a good accommodation choice.

HHawkerLocation: The location is super convenient, just opposite Chiayi TRA station with many F&B options nearby. Behind it is a cinema. Bus stop for Chiayi City Bus (FOC with iPASS or Easy Card) is just downstairs of hotel or outside TRA station for opposite direction. Hotel occupies level 11 - 15. Good view across TRA station (see photos). Others: Free Parking for Guest but with height limit of 1.7m for cars. Room 1531: Need to sign addition acknowledgement form of no-smoking in room but room had cigarette smell when entered. Room was small. Stains are visible in bathtub and on shower curtains. Toilet bowl was choked but staff helped to exchange room immediately. Bed was HARD and pillows are soft. No photos of room taken due to late check-in and change of room due to choked toilet.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops. My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too? Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything?? This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover. The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter. We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
