I stayed in a partial ocean view 2 double room (high floor). To be honest, the bathroom in the standard room was larger and easier to use. There is a water server on the first floor, and you can reuse the PATH bottles that are placed in your room when you check in! There are microwaves and ice machines on the 9th and 15th floors. The laundry is on the 5th floor, but there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Both cost 💲5.25. Both cards and cash are accepted. It gets busy depending on the timing. There is a lei-making workshop on the 1st and 3rd Fridays. Ice cream is also available. Coffee is available in the lobby every morning from 6:30 to 9:30. All the staff are kind and wonderful. There is a trolley stop in front of the hotel (across the crosswalk), which is convenient. Thanks to you, I had a great stay! Thank you 😊

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to work, very convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is cleaned every day and I am very satisfied with it. See you next time!

This hotel is relatively cost-effective. Hotels in Waikiki are very expensive. This one is two streets behind and one street away from the canal. The room is big enough and has a corner balcony. It seems to have been newly renovated and very clean. Two bottles of water are provided when you check in, but they are not replenished afterwards. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is free coffee at the front desk during breakfast time. There is a McDonald's on the right side of the door where you can have breakfast. There are many ABC stores nearby, where you can also buy breakfast. The hotel and the apartment share a swimming pool and a small hot spring pool, and the TV in the room can be projected. These facilities are charged separately with taxes when you check in, and we did not use them. This part of the fee is quite high, and I am really not used to it when I just came from China. Also, I stayed for three days and only cleaned once. You can choose which day to clean.

There is a direct bus from the airport to the hotel, and the drop-off point is very close to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and the service is good. It is not far from the beach. It is very convenient to eat and stroll around. I will choose this hotel next time.

Near the commercial street, close to popular restaurants and beaches, two bottles of water will be given, which are reusable, and a beach bag. After checking out, you can still use the hospitality room for 1 hour, which is convenient for washing, changing clothes and resting after snorkeling. Very good, it feels better than the ordinary Hilton room.

The staff were not bad, but for some reason they ignored me when I said hello or when I borrowed a towel. I didn't get a friendly feeling even though I was there for 10 days. But the room was newly renovated and clean, spacious, and in a decent location. It's good value for money in Waikiki, so I'd like to use it again.
