It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. We stayed at Tuen Mun's Penta Hotel for one night over the weekend. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with wooden floors. The hotel has a convenient location near the Tuen Mun MTR station and shopping mall ”V City”, and there are local HK style cafe downstairs. Its design is a German industrial style, appealing to young people. We were upgraded to a larger room

The location is a bit inconvenient to be fair, needs a fair bit of walking to get to public transport, in the HK heat it may be a problem. But generally the room is clean, place is nice. Honestly no complaints.

I love the stunning view of the sea from my room. It was so relaxing. The convenience of having vending machines for food, snacks, and necessities made my stay even more enjoyable. Walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket, and a 7-11 nearby, so I never had to worry about going hungry. The only downside is that the traffic to the center of the city can be a bit of a journey, taking around 30 minutes by car. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

The hotel's location was not ideal, situated between an industrial and residential area. However, the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the nearby MTR (subway) station, and was also close to a bus stop, which helped improve the accessibility and transportation options. While the hotel room itself was small, it was tidy and met your expectations in terms of cleanliness. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful during your stay, which you appreciated. Overall, despite the less-than-optimal location, the hotel provided adequate amenities and good service, with the shuttle and public transit options helping to offset the less desirable neighborhood. The clean room and friendly staff contributed to an overall satisfactory hotel experience for you.

This was one of the most convenient and spacious hotels near Kwai Hing metro station. The front desk is ever vigilant to help you with your needs and give good directions about the area. They really know their customers. They gave me extra large rubbish bags when I needed them plus toilet tissue with other toiletries. The rooms have good space and security is top notch. Plenty of clean towels. I had a great night sleep and good space to work on business. Excellent view also :-) Cheers to the staff, I will definitely book again :-)

The place is comfortable and clean, the room is also clean, now the towels are no longer re-washed towels. Very hygienic packaged towels, the view in the morning is very beautiful

Recently renovated hotel. My family were surprised that the how clean and comfortable this hotel offered on our last minute booking. Beds are very comfortable. Perfect for young family The location is perfect for us as there were buses that go into Shenzhen around the area for next day travel up to Shenzhen .
