Facilities: The room is fully equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Comfortable. Service: Excellent front desk service, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Transportation: Convenient, with a direct bus service to the hotel. Surroundings: Conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

The surrounding environment is nice and the transportation is convenient, but the air conditioner and dehumidifier in the room are too noisy. The bathroom only has half a door. The kettle is like a tractor, and the fire alarm goes off from time to time. I have lived in Caritas for five years, and they don't provide towels or change garbage bags from time to time. Overall, compared with other hotels, there is nothing special about it except that it is an old hotel with larger rooms. The pillows in the hotel are very uncomfortable to sleep on. Last time, a friend came to stay for one night and booked a king-size bed room. When they got in, they found that it was just two small beds pushed together with a large sheet. There is no king-size bed, so they don't have to sleep on it. Is this considered a deception?

The air conditioner can only be maintained at 22 degrees, otherwise it will drip water. It is really cold.

The hotel staff are very caring and have a good attitude. It is worth staying here.
