깔끔한 시설과 빠른 서비스 친절한 직원. 방이 조금 좁지만, 뷰가 크게 상관없다면 최고의 선택 센트럴과 코스웨이베이에 가깝고 메트로역과 트램역이 근처에 있음.

I only seriously express my personal opinion on the service attitude. It is really terrible! I said that I booked the wrong hotel and asked for help from Ctrip’s manual service. Ctrip said that I could accept no refund, but if I forced to check out, I would have to pay an additional HK$1,600. This happened the day before I checked in, so I don’t know if the front desk of this hotel knew the situation and deliberately made it difficult when checking in. The room I booked was a superior view room. The room arranged at the beginning was extremely small. It would be crowded if two girls came at the same time, and the large suitcases could not be spread out! After calling the front desk to explain the situation, we were given a room type that was obviously much larger than the previous room at the same price. My friend and I think this is discrimination against Chinese people and we cannot tolerate it. We will not go to this hotel in the future. The service attitude is bad, except for the short-haired lady who provided very good service and a very good tone when checking out. The above remarks are only directed at the girl with glasses and ponytails. I don’t remember her name. When we checked in and left, a foreigner came to ask questions. She was extremely flattering and had a big difference in service to us. In addition, she maliciously gave us a small room type, which led to my comment. I am a person with strong insensitivity and can strongly feel her different treatment. I hope your hotel will improve! Although the room is small, the location is very good, the scenery outside the window is very good, it is good for taking pictures, and the overall service is also very good. Huasao Ice House is downstairs, which is convenient for eating, drinking and traveling~ The lady at the front desk said that we are special guests, and upgraded us to a tatami room for free, and gave us free drinks and breakfast.
