If you're traveling with elderly people or children, absolutely *do not* come here. It's a serious fall hazard. The step in the bathroom is a whopping 40cm high – you won't believe it until you see it. The room is on the smaller side, and the bed is tiny. The hairdryer looks ancient, but I did appreciate having a fridge. The TV is also minuscule. The bathroom is barely functional and quite cramped; anyone a bit on the larger side would find it very uncomfortable. Dining options nearby are limited; all the good food is in Jordan and Mong Kok. And when it comes to food, don't trust online recommendations here – every place I tried was a total disappointment. The elevator is tiny, narrow, and stuffy. The room has virtually no soundproofing, and the facilities are quite dated. The owner was relatively easy to communicate with; I believe they are from Northeast China. I forgot to take photos of the room. In any case, I had a fall and almost got a slipped disc, which completely ruined my mood.

The staff provided very thoughtful explanations on how to use the facilities. I particularly appreciated that the room had power outlets compatible with Chinese plugs, saving me the hassle of bringing an adapter. The luggage storage service was also a convenient bonus. The room was a good size, and its location in Tsim Sha Tsui is incredibly convenient. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was also very clean. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely be back again.

We booked twin bed for Burlington Branch but we were informed by Ms. Lee that we will check-in in Harilela Mansion instead due to water issue in Burlington since they have 3 branches. This showed that they really care for their guests. It was my first time to stay here, the room in Harilela was clean, with personal ref, AC, TV, electric kettle, hair dryer and hot and cold shower. More than a basic room for a budget rate. The location was very good as it is just a few steps to TST Exit C2 and C1, walking distance to 7/11, shops like Sasa, ISquare Mall, cKe Mall, Best Mart 360 where you can buy goodies (pasalubong) and of course a number of restaurants and the famous Cafe de Coral inside CKE Mall in TST.
Will surely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Ms. Lee and Harifa (not sure if I got the name correct) 😊❤️

We booked 2 room for 6 adults. The hostel at 15th floor, it’s Hong Kong style apartment. We were late checked in at 10pm and lucky the owner still awake. The room was clean and bed r comfortable. It’s was quiet and we enjoyed our sleep. Location good. We walked to Victoria Harbour night and next day morning.
