房間很老舊。一點不隔音，隔壁屋內説話聽清清楚楚，門外走廊説話也是，而且還有一個破舊的洗衣機，吵的要死，晚上凌晨2了還吵的煩**根本沒法睡覺，早上7點又開始吵了。而且，服務很差很差很差，非要收200港幣按金，沒帶港幣現金的話，給人民幣也行甚至還貼了一個微信二維碼收款碼，轉收人民幣，關鍵是還厚臉皮説收200人民幣退200港幣，就是專門幹這事的，故意吃匯率差的，你都有微信內地收款碼了，為什麼不是微信香港收款碼收港幣按金？完全就是故意的。

十年前寒假出遊，訂了四百多的酒店。這次國慶出遊，五百塊的賓館設施非常簡陋，空調噪音大。
下單時選錯了日期，一下完單馬上意識到點錯了，於是馬上致電賓館協商退改。接電話的女孩語氣生硬説，那是你的問題，你下單之前有提醒的，退不了。她説的沒錯，的確是我的問題，可是一分鐘之內我就發現錯誤打電話協商，好吧，我自認倒黴。後來有一個客人退了房，我可以改期，但到了賓館後，補了差價，得到的卻不是原來承諾的雙床房，衹是一個大概1.2米寬的單床房。入住後孩子睡覺，服務員來敲門，説自己搞錯了，應該是另一個房間，讓我們趕緊換房間，換到的房間竟然沒有鑰匙。總之，以後不會在黃金週來香港了，價高質低服務差。
