十年前寒假出遊，訂了四百多的酒店。這次國慶出遊，五百塊的賓館設施非常簡陋，空調噪音大。
下單時選錯了日期，一下完單馬上意識到點錯了，於是馬上致電賓館協商退改。接電話的女孩語氣生硬説，那是你的問題，你下單之前有提醒的，退不了。她説的沒錯，的確是我的問題，可是一分鐘之內我就發現錯誤打電話協商，好吧，我自認倒黴。後來有一個客人退了房，我可以改期，但到了賓館後，補了差價，得到的卻不是原來承諾的雙床房，只是一個大概1.2米寬的單床房。入住後孩子睡覺，服務員來敲門，説自己搞錯了，應該是另一個房間，讓我們趕緊換房間，換到的房間竟然沒有鑰匙。總之，以後不會在黃金週來香港了，價高質低服務差。

This hotel is in a perfect location on Nathan road with the closest metro station just across the road, making it very accessible and convenient. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities. The only thing, the receptionist did not speak any English and unfortunately I cannot speak Cantonese which seemed to annoy her even when I tried to use a translation app. Thankfully she was able to contact someone who could translate for me. Having said that, I was otherwise very satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again.
