The hotel is located in Chungking Building, a well-known money exchange building. I was worried about what to do when I couldn't find the hotel. When I arrived, I found out that it was in a different building and a staff member guided me. This was the only time I had any problems.
Hong Kong is expensive, so I think the price is reasonable.
Some parts feel a little old, but you can use the shower, there is a refrigerator, and there is Wi-Fi. After receiving the key, I was free to come and go as I pleased and there was no time limit, so I was able to enjoy the night in Hong Kong.
It is located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, so you won't have any trouble shopping, and there are convenience stores and markets. There was an Indian restaurant and a general store below the hotel, but everyone was kind and told me where the elevator was, so I didn't feel scared.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the building, and I would like to stay here again if I come to Hong Kong.

Had to check ChungKing place out to find out why it has too many negative reviews. I didn't really have any issues when I was there. Understandably, the rooms are half the size of the usual hotels in other countries, and double or triple the prize but it's HK standards. The room I booked was not that bad, it was decent enough for a shower and a lie-in after a day out .

The location is convenient, but the building is older. There is only one elevator that goes directly to the floor, and it is very slow. The room is clean but very narrow. The bed is almost as soon as you enter the room. The mattress is too thin

There are a lot of myths about Chunking Mansions on the internet, but don't exaggerate. If you are a backpacker, you can easily cope in this place. A plus for the hotel is a free upgrade to a 4-person room. Thanks to this, we had much more space. The conditions are the same as the amount paid for the stay. A minus is a long wait in the queue for the elevator
