The room is much bigger than other hotels in Hong Kong at the same price. The mountain view is amazing when I wake up in the morning! It is very quiet. My baby, who has suffered from the noise of Hong Kong hotels facing the street, slept until he woke up naturally for the first time! It was really a wonderful experience. I went out to do some work in the morning on a typhoon day, and when I came back, I saw the mountain view and the clouds on the top of the mountain in the room. It is hard to imagine that a hotel at this price can give me this. In addition, the trainee waiters inside are very responsible!

The service is very good. The manager is very nice. He personally takes guests to their rooms and introduces the room facilities one by one. He is very considerate.

My wife and I were here during Aug 1st-7th 2025. It was a fantastic experience. Everyone here is super nice, trainers, and students. Kenji, Christie, and Oscar are the best. Facilities, food, service are amazing. If you are visiting Hong Kong Island, we highly recommend to check this out. It may not be in the city but it's close to nature and 5 mins away from MTR by a taxi or bus. This hotel will be our forever hotel every time we visit Hong Kong from now!!

It was truly a memorable experience for my husband and I. We were impressed by the exceptional service. Started with a warm welcome by Kenji, she went extra miles to give us the in room checked in to make sure that we know all the in room amenities. The room was spacious with a bathtube in it ! The next day we were greeted by Oscar to make sure our luggages were safely secure in the hotel while we had a weekend getaway in Macau. We came across with Christy on the day we stayed in due to black rain signal. Christy is not only friendly but very detailed oriented- making sure all our special requests were delivered, from membership form to getting a cab to the city to recommendation to get around in the city etc. Overall it is a 5 stars hotel service with the best Hong Kong harbor ocean view we can ever asked for. The team is highly well trained and every details is taken care of with genuine care and precision, making our stay feel effortless and so special! Thank you T hotel for going above and beyond to ensure we feel welcome, a home away from home We will be back soon!
