I booked it for my friend, and he was very satisfied because it was conveniently located right at the subway entrance. Although the space was small, it was clean and hygienic. The front desk was friendly. It was a wonderful trip and I will definitely stay there next time.

Never again!
I had to wait at least 1 hour and no room available. During when I was waiting for my room I saw the new guests came after me and get their room immediately.
He finally took me to another hotel in the different floor. The new hotel with broken and loudly AC impossible to sleep peacefully. I asked Hang ho hostel owner for more information and I was just told that he would contact me back since then I never heard back from them. It was terrible experience

The hotel is conveniently located near many delicious restaurants. The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. When I changed clothes before leaving, I forgot to take my pajamas in the bathroom. I contacted the owner, who promptly addressed the issue, saying they had washed and hung them for me and told me to pick them up anytime. It was so heartwarming!
