Xi Hotel is located in the inner street or alley which at first is not very easy to find but on the next day once you get used to the surrounding it was quite easy to go back & forth from the hotel because its location is its advantage near touristy places like Mirador mansion and Avenue of the Stars. Its location makes it quieter than the other hotels located on main streets. It is clean, modern rooms and friendly front desk & hotel staffs. Also convenient going back to the airport after our stay since the Airport bus stop is just a 7min walk from the hotel even on an early flight just like ours, we got on the bus stop at 5:30 am and there is already an airport bus at an early time.

It's really disgusting. I clearly remember putting the deposit slip on the bedside, but I found it was gone when I left. I don't know if the cleaning lady took it away. I refused to refund it when I checked out. I have never seen a hotel that refuses to refund the deposit because there is no deposit slip. This is a liar... And the front desk is very confident. If I wasn't in a hurry to catch a flight, I would definitely argue with him to the end... Rubbish hotel... Wait for the consumer association to complain...

Room is quite small but the service is good. My parents feel cold at night, and the AC don’t have heater, so we ask the person and they tried to get a heater for us which is very helpful

Location of hotel is great! We could get to most places we wanted to visit on the MTR, and food was readily available all around. There is a new mall just across the street, so it was super convenient to hop out to grab anything we need. There was also a laundromat right next to the hotel lobby too. Hotel room was spacious enough for 3 people, so it was quite a comfortable stay. Service staffs were ok too.

Very good hotel, were scared by bad reviews, but in fact the staff is very friendly, helps to solve all the issues. The location is excellent, the room has everything you need.
