Stayed in this hotel for 2 days, everything corresponds to the photos on the website. The room was very clean, unfortunately I didn't have time to photograph it. There were all the amenities: hair dryer, air conditioner, air dryer. There were 2 bath towels and 2 small towels. Facial wipes, toilet paper, disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, shampoo-balm-shower gel were also in sufficient quantity and replenished. There is a mini bar and a refrigerator, as well as a safe. Every day they gave 2 water 0.250 ml. After the eviction, they were allowed to leave their luggage in the lobby. In rainy weather they gave umbrellas for free. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I especially want to thank Vivien, she provided us with everything we needed during our stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll be back again

Xi Hotel's service was terrible. I was in Macau during Storm 8, and all traffic and roads were closed, so I couldn't stay at Xi Hotel Hong Kong. I requested to change my dates, but was rejected. This is completely unreasonable.

Xi Hotel is located in the inner street or alley which at first is not very easy to find but on the next day once you get used to the surrounding it was quite easy to go back & forth from the hotel because its location is its advantage near touristy places like Mirador mansion and Avenue of the Stars. Its location makes it quieter than the other hotels located on main streets. It is clean, modern rooms and friendly front desk & hotel staffs. Also convenient going back to the airport after our stay since the Airport bus stop is just a 7min walk from the hotel even on an early flight just like ours, we got on the bus stop at 5:30 am and there is already an airport bus at an early time.

Very nice service and kindly. They help us everything . Location is very good , near K11 and Cultural museum. Foods around of hotel.
