The service staff is friendly and provides a welcome drink upon check-in. The room is very clean. Remote location...The kitchen facilities are good. It would be better if there is a steam rack and a larger cooking stove.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes down the hill to Central. Opposite the Botanical Gardens, it is quiet for sleeping at night. The hotel has buses running between Central and Tsim Sha Tsui from Monday to Friday.

The hotel has excellent day and night views and is suitable for a short break. I come here almost once a month. In particular, an older male employee (forgot his name) who greeted guests on the ground floor was very attentive and courteous to the guests and provided excellent service. He deserves praise! But on the day of check-in, just after the National Day holiday, the front desk informed me that the housekeeper was too busy that day. I originally expected to check in on time at 2 o'clock and then go to the gym. I didn't expect that check in would be delayed until 3 o'clock, which would affect my schedule. Even so, when checking in, the store arranged another room type of the same type on floors above the 30th floor. I found that the view was better than the last time I stayed, and welcome fruits were prepared. I was satisfied with this arrangement. I remember last time, I had concerns when booking a room because the bedroom walls and room were not cleaned carefully enough. But the room I stayed in this time was obviously different from the last time I stayed. Regardless, a clean and tidy room is definitely my first concern, and it was well done this time! Next time I come back, I hope the hotel will pay attention to the check-in arrangement. A one-hour delay in check-in will really have an impact on guests who have their own schedules.
