It's a budget hotel, problem is sometimes , the lift doesn't reach the floor u stay, have to climb up the steep stairs, even it is prepaid, we still need to pay another 20 hkd for "service charge" ??? There is no service done at all? That's what I am not satisfied about is the lift doesn't reach ur floor n the service charge

錫克族小哥。就睡在櫃枱底下。8點到的時候他還在睡覺，叫不開門。要到9點左右才會醒。不愛講話顯得很不熱情的樣子，也的確很不熱情。試圖多收我兩塊錢。我給他看訂單。才沒有多收。但是告訴我們10:00就得走，比訂單上要早一個小時。房間裡頭衹有一條很薄很舊的浴巾。 問他再要兩條浴巾，他衹回答了一句，在房間等。過了半天還沒來。我就再問一次。這回他去拿了兩條來。淋浴頭裡頭可能少了個墊圈，漏水嚴重。 把我們都燙傷了。第2天。8點的時候他還在櫃枱底下睡。9:45的時候。就提醒我們10點就得走。我給他看訂單，上面寫11點。才沒有話。
