Too small, messy, dirty

The room is very small, the ventilator and speakers are very noisy, and the speakers cannot be turned off. There are no toiletries, and slippers need to be charged separately. I booked the wrong time and booked a day late. They refused to check out and refused to answer the phone. The receptionist was a Filipino. I couldn't speak the language. He asked for a price and charged me another 660 to check in one day earlier.

The room is very small, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and disposable slippers, you have to pay 10HKD to buy them, and I was not informed. There was a cleaning sign in the room, but it was not cleaned. When I left, I was notified that it was to be cleaned, but it was still not cleaned. There was no shower gel and shampoo in the room.

The housekeeping staff were very helpful and helped us borrow charging cables. The location and service are great, the environment is clean and acceptable But sometimes there are couples who take a short break to "lively" I'll hear the cat meowing
