Hong Kong has the best value for money

It's very close to the airport and you can hear the planes taking off at night. The telephone customer service is average, with English and Cantonese speakers being preferred, and Mandarin speakers being average.

The check-in staff was very unfriendly. While a different staff member explained things like Wi-Fi, my staff member didn't explain whether breakfast was available or where it was until the time. I found out the next day that my room had lounge access. What was really disappointing was that I couldn't return home on a typhoon day and had to stay overnight. I was carrying medication and health foods that needed to be frozen. I emailed them in advance and even added a remark, but the staff were cold and said they couldn't do anything. They only sent some ice to my room. Since it wasn't a drink or anything, ice was useless. They replied by email saying they would keep it for me, so I finally managed to leave it the next day. However, the medication was in poor condition. I'm grateful to the staff member who looked after my luggage that morning, but why did the check-in staff member refuse? This is a life-saving item, especially during a typhoon. I wish they had been a little more flexible. I also wish they had explained the lounge access. It was a very comfortable space, so I wonder why they didn't inform me.

The room is clean and very close to the airport, only 2 minutes

Location of course needless to say, a flyover connecting the airport, who can compare, staff service attitude is super good, I lost a wheelchair hat, engineering department searched for me to make up, the next day when I checked out I suddenly felt uncomfortable, requested to delay check-out for half an hour, all departments service worthy of praise 👍👍👍
