The mattresses were all collapsed. We stayed in room 232, and the supervisor moved us to the 21st floor in the middle of the night. The main building and the upper floors are not connected, so we had to use their work cards to swipe the elevator to go down two floors. We were not told how to get back to room 232 the next day. We had to walk through the lobby in pajamas the next day. Speechless 😓
