來香港好幾次了，也住了幾次帝國酒店，前台人員服務態度非常好，主動幫助解決問題，幫助拿行李。保潔人員態度極差，非常不耐煩，拿個毛巾還一直説難聽的話。酒店時間久了，房間衞生不好，好多地方都長毛了。

The hotel is in very Very good Location. The room is very old decor and not good sound approve, the other room having shower woke me up in the night and early morning . The shower cubicle door missing in my bathroom , but it’s ok for having shower. For the price of this hotel , we expect you provide a batter quality room and better quality cups and room service… staff are very friendly.

很老的酒店，重新裝修了。背包客可以選，但不建議女生單獨主，一定要有男生一起。畢竟旁邊就是重慶大廈。這酒店算是沒定到其它酒店的選擇吧，主打一個性價比，用來休息的。
離地鐵站很進，離天星碼頭也不遠700米內。

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Nathan Road, making it convenient to everywhere.
The only downside is that the rooms are incredibly run-down. Hong Kong hotel rates are incredibly expensive, with a hotel of this quality costing over $600 per night.
