房間空間和房價都具有比較高的性價比，健身房和泳池在17樓，很棒！唯一吐槽這個年代，即便住一晚也要交1K的按金（比一晚房價還多😂）。除此以外一切都滿意

酒店環境很好，床也很舒服，工作人員很nice，周圍超市購物，吃飯都很方便，離地鐵尖東站P2出口非常近，5分鐘可以到達，酒店的蝴蝶酥味道不錯，住店客人有折扣，滿意

下單後2小時後，基於小朋友不舒服希望取消，提供證明後，酒店不接受。基於當初有不可取消條款，我可以理解，但原本預訂的名字，想修改，訂單費用$800，酒店表示要收取$500改名/增加名字的費用，我真是無法理解，到底酒店是多麼沒有彈性

Отель расположен очень удобно! Твердая 5 за интерьер внутри отеля! Но как только подходишь к дверям отеля , на рецепшн или в номер 🤦♀️. Нет слов 2+ ! Внутри комнаты фен самый задрипанный , все потертое, мебель поцарапана и даже местами разбухла видимо от сырости. На рецепшне вообще женщина KIKI ворчала и видно было возмущена тем что не все мы понимали, а она и не спешила достать переводчик и найти общий контакт. Остальные сотрудники рецепшена были очень приветливы и все помогали быстро решить. Спа на 17 этаже компенсирует негативные моменты! Бассейн отличный ))
