老酒店，房間一直有怪味，酒店通風系統很差。
酒店中庭給人很壓抑的感覺。
訂了三晚，在提前全付房費的前提下，check in時還另付按金$2000,問題是我港澳已結束旅遊回來一週了，凍結的按金＄2000還沒退還，也不知猴年馬月才能退按金，外出訂房從沒遇見這種情況。
以後不會再住了。

地點方便....到處都有餐廳用餐
但令我不滿意的是....明明下訂單時給我可選吸煙房...到前台非要和我說吸煙房要加錢....
最後我前台再付了200多元吸煙房.....(服務員的態度也很難想像是五星級酒店) 200多元不是付不起！
建意你們別在網絡上有可訂吸煙的.....會給煙民一個不好的體驗！要費用直接加就可以！

酒店位置很好，離香港天文館和維多利亞港很近，周邊早餐挺多，很方便。辦理入住時間稍微長了一點，但服務很好，收取按金也很靈活，還給我們升級了一個海景房。在香港這個地方，酒店的空間算是不錯了，不會壓抑。我們帶了洗漱用品，但其實酒店還是有提供牙刷牙膏。
