This is my second stay at this hotel this year. The front desk staff were excellent and very polite. Its location is superb; Nathan Road is right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful layout, especially the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. For Hong Kong standards, the room size is actually quite generous. The room was spotlessly clean, and the shower had fantastic pressure, which made for a very comfortable wash.

The room is quite spacious, which is a rare find in space-constrained Hong Kong. The service was warm and attentive. It's very close to the MTR station, making it super convenient for exploring Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei, and Mong Kok. The room was a decent size. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the shower was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. The location is super convenient – it's only about a 3-minute walk from the MTR station and just a 5-minute taxi ride to Harbour City.

Excellent hotel! The front desk service was fantastic. I always stay here when I visit Hong Kong. It's immaculately clean and feels incredibly safe. The air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room wonderfully cool, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The surroundings are great too. 👍

Hotel staff were nice and friendly, the room cleaner whom help to make the room were very good and helpful.

Incredibly nice staff, very clean hotel, location is good but not great (to be fair you know this since booking it) and it would have been perfect if they had a laundry room.
