I have never come across such an overbearing hotel. There are rooms available, but you can only check in after 3pm, and the check-out time is 11am. If you exceed the time, you have to pay an hourly fee and a deposit of 1,000 yuan per room. Fortunately, the butler of Ctrip helped me call the hotel and delayed it for an hour, and checked out at 12pm. Thank you for the excellent service of Ctrip customer service! Because I booked different room types for 2 days and didn't want to change rooms, I contacted the front desk to change the room type for 2 days to the same room type, but the arrogant front desk said that the room type can neither be upgraded nor downgraded, and you can only stay in the room type you booked. It's really drunk! This hotel has 600 rooms. Can't it be for the sake of customers? If the room is not changed for two consecutive nights, won't it save a lot of time for cleaning, and is it more environmentally friendly? It's really very inhumane, bad review! The hotel is in MOKO New Century Plaza in Mong Kok, Mong Kok East MTR Station, and the location should be fine. However, the service at the front desk was really bad. In such a big hotel, the sofas in the lobby were full of guests waiting to check in or check out, and the suitcases were piled up on the main road outside. It was horrible. I hope the hotel can provide guests with real services in a humanized service attitude! The breakfast in the hotel is a set meal, which is too bad. I don't recommend it.

Room is nice, the beds in a room is good, comfortable sleep for 2 adults 1 kid, not squeezy, and we don’t have to pay for extra bed. But the mtr station is Kowloon East not the actual Kowloon station, if you want to go to shenzhen luohu is very convenient don’t need to change station, but if you want to go to attractions in hongkong mostly you’ll need to change at the Admiralty station. Overall a pleasant stay, many Singaporeans with kids stay there, I thought I was still in Singapore lol…
