地理環境非常好，紅館走走就幾分鐘，為了劉德華演唱會訂的，房間小也就算了，關鍵是插頭真的太少了，床頭沒有、水台沒有，只有桌子上有，還是凹在裏面的，用了轉換插頭C口和UDB口都擋住了沒法用，鬱悶。

位置靠近紅磡地鐵站，出行較為方便，設施舊是硬傷，不過衞生狀況尚可，升級海景套房好評，可以列為來香港旅遊建議可選酒店之一。

房間是真的小，為了看演唱會入住了，確實很近過天橋就到了。沒有牙膏牙刷也沒有礦泉水，需要就得在服務枱買，牙膏牙刷5港幣380毫升水也是5港幣，好在附近有超市。
