The hotel upgraded us to a sea view room free of charge. Although we had to wait until 4:00 to check in, they invited us to the Mandarin Pavilion to rest while we waited. It was so thoughtful! The turndown service was also great, with calming essential oils and scented teas, as well as rose petals for bathing. The mattress was also very comfortable. It's worthy of MO. I've always stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui, so this was my first time staying in Central. I was lucky to have chosen the Mandarin Oriental. The room was clean and quiet, and they upgraded us to a sea view room with a fantastic view! The service was also excellent. I'll definitely be back next time.

房間位置很好，周圍也很安靜。
就是門口大堂沒有那麼氣派，但是一點也不影響體驗感，酒店內細節非常棒好，放的鮮花都非常有格調和新鮮。
早餐非常棒，可以叫進房間，類別也非常豐富，贊。
房間可以看到維多利亞港和部分的城景，雖然可以看到下面的馬路，但是一點也不吵，這次入住遇到下雨天，景觀看起來沒那麼驚艷，那也沒辦法。
整體服務都很不錯，酒店的餐廳也都很好，好吃。通過酒店幫忙預訂了幾個餐廳，整個過程服務都很好。
可能管理人是老外，原則性特別強，相應的服務整體水平相當不錯。
