從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到低調奢華的氛圍，每一處細節都透着雅緻與用心。辦理入住時，工作人員的服務熱情又專業，全程高效且貼心，還主動詢問了我們的需求，讓人瞬間有了賓至如歸的感覺。
我們預訂的客房視野絕佳，窗外就是香港的璀璨夜景，房間內部的佈置更是精緻舒適，床品柔軟得讓人一沾就不想起來，洗漱用品選用的品牌也很有格調，處處彰顯品質。
餐飲方面更是驚喜連連，無論是早餐的豐富多樣，還是晚餐的精緻美味，每一道菜品都能感受到廚師的匠心，搭配上優雅的用餐環境和周到的服務，用餐體驗堪稱頂級。

老兒出名的酒店，服務絕對是一流的，衹有自己想不到的，沒有酒店做不到的👍🏻
每天都會提供不同的小驚喜，巧克力 餅乾🍪 香薰 茶🍵 水果……唯一有感慨的是早餐種類不是很多，比較單調！

體驗拉滿了 坐地鐵到酒店門口就感受到了酒店的熱情，本人英文不好 在文華閣辦入住時非常耐心的和我交流和介紹，也成功的使用“許願櫃”收到了自己想要的紀念品🥳 贈送的巧克力非常精緻美味！
客房層高有點低但是打掃的非常乾淨 早餐出品的質量很高，健身房也非常專業有很多其他同級別酒店都沒有的六角槓鈴和自由桿（基本上都是史密斯）泳池有點小 沒有找到泡池和桑拿。
香港文華東方作為文華東方的亞洲旗艦開業了60多年，依舊保持着該有的水準，不僅是宏觀上 也在很多細節裏，這裏的三言兩語是無法形容的，還需每個人自己去體會
在新加坡的mo住着更想念香港的mo了🥹（個人觀點）

老牌酒店，雖老氣派還在看的到當年的繁華，早餐有自助和點餐兩個餐廳選擇，這次趕時間在自助餐廳，下次再來試試點餐的咖啡廳

前台接待非常專業和恰到好處的禮貌 整體入住的感覺一如既往的愉悅
問題發生在淋浴間 本人很喜歡文華 在不同地方的都入住過 沒想到會在最經典的文華大本營遇到淋浴的水壓問題 真的用細水長流來形容也不為過 起初本著同理心理解可能是某一時間段的用水高峰 後來在三個不同時間段 下午 晚上 和 早上 都試過後 確定是水壓嚴重不足 希望酒店 能加以改進
