一如既往的好，設施就不用説了，雖然很多年了，但是仍然保持算很好。最喜歡坐在沙發上看海景和雲，維港景色也是一流。
MO的人文關懷，軟實力強過很多商務酒店，他們知道我們旅行的目的，特地手繪賀卡祝我們一切順利，真的是很暖心。
酒店的游泳池/gym都非常好，特別推薦，有機會一定要去試試。
因為我們來香港經常住MO，有些服務員甚至會像老朋友一樣，服務確實用心。

這次住香港文華東方真是絕了！位置無敵，出門就是中環地鐵站，逛街超方便。房間雖然不算特別大，但老牌酒店的質感真的不一樣，床品舒服到不想起床。最愛他們家的早餐，蝦餃和粥都是現做的，連咖啡杯都是温過的！服務更是沒話説。雖然衹住了一晚，但已經想好下次來要試試他們的米其林餐廳了！

晚上到的時候在一樓check in ，一位女工作人員一開始不是很熱情，也沒有主動問好，就問拿證件，當核對訊息下來看到我們説定的套房，瞬間秒變笑臉。。 唯一體驗感不好的地方

一進入，就是一股老錢風。 管理、風格都非常紮實厚實。 餐飲是亮點，每一道菜都是精心烹飪過的，菜餚幾乎不踩雷。
行政樓層環境景色都很好，食品品種不錯。下午茶略少了一點。
下次還是選擇這個酒店
