設施：老mo果然名不虛傳，雖然開業的時間很久但是保養的很好，盡顯優雅的做派。各類配置也是有點年代感，希望可以更新迭代一下，更適應現在的需求。
服務：因為當天到店的時間比較晚，恰好沒有空房，前台積極的幫我們協調並升級了套房，感覺開到了盲盒，非常驚喜🥳
在等待房間的時候聽聞我們還未就餐，也安排我們去西餐廳用餐，不得不為他們的處理方式點贊👍
酒店還在四樓有兩個房間用來做小童活動房，可以去服務枱預約拿鑰匙，就可以進去玩啦❤️
早餐我們選擇的是全自助餐，因為假期的緣故，最好是早一點到，不然高峯期也是難逃排隊，而且最好留在M層用餐，不要去樓上的中餐廳體驗感很好哦

幾次來香港最滿意的酒店，服務很好，不用花錢配牙刷，充電轉換頭之類……中環去哪玩都方便，機場快線很快到酒店，旁邊中環地鐵站，碼頭，不像尖沙咀人太擁擠了，這邊很多網紅餐飲分店不用排大隊，帶娃去哪玩都很快捷，床是2米的，房間在香港難得的大，一家三口入住都不用加床，睡的很舒服，加床也有空間，下次再來

時隔2個多月，再次滿懷期待回到文華東方，但現實卻是如此無情的令人遺憾…
提前預訂房間時已備註好相關要求，並且15點左右才到店辦理入住，結果衹準備了6層的房間，這個高度肯定可以在房間內與室外滿街唱跳的菲傭們合唱了，提出備註要高樓層的房間，前台告知要等待近一小時，也衹好同意，而且房間號不是提前備註的，房間內床面向風水大煞的中銀大廈，而不是維港海景，每天醒來都會先看到，這僅是第一個遺憾。另外由於是恰逢五一假日和佛誕日假期，酒店生意興隆客滿為患，無法升房。經過跟攜程的溝通，攜程做出費用補償，令人稍有欣慰。酒店僅僅是送了小盒點心作為安撫…
與此同時酒店的服務也承受巨大壓力，實在無法保持應有的水準，禮賓部已經沒有了以往在G層遇到客人問好的習慣，也沒有在抵達時協助從車內搬下行李。第二晚做夜床服務時，明確向服務員表達第二天需要在晚上6點-6點半期間進行，結果這個簡單的需要落空，晚上8點回到房間還是沒有來進行夜床服務，很無奈的要了兩瓶水，等待的期間竟然足夠我來回隔壁太子大廈超市買兩大瓶依雲氣泡水…
本次入住真是一言難盡，本以為會一如既往感受到被重視和照顧，期待落空還是令人頗感遺憾。
期間令人欣慰的是自助早餐廳雖然忙碌但秩序竟然，依然能夠提供具有一定品質的餐食。
不知道下次會不會去選四季還是住回奕居…

房間舒適，雖然稍顯老舊，但是品味不差（古典中國風）。位於中環最繁華地段，十分方便。服務很好，早餐豐富。文華東方和四季酒店是中環金鐘一帶的最佳選擇。
