The service is jolly good.果然，在之前那麼多次入住酒店的旅程中，沒有任何的入住體驗能夠超越過這一次。實在是太棒了！首先是前台的對接，是真的很棒，講英語的小哥哥~~~（雖然我已經10年沒怎麼學英語但是字裡行間都還是清楚的哈哈）幫我辦理了入住和退房手續，手續很流暢，還送了巧克力和扇子，別具東方風格。其次就是不斷整理的房間服務，到了酒店睡了一覺出去外面買東西再回酒店，不僅發現床鋪煥然一新，還提供了天氣預報。同時，也對我的物品進行了精心整理（包括一台平板電腦也在酒店房間內，也給我整理好了，沒有出現任何問題，充電線也給我好好的捆了起來，太棒了），還有整個房間都有一陣很棒的香薰味！（不愧是當年哥哥很喜歡來的酒店，有品位，真的很有品位）還有乾濕分離的廁所，能看到法院和中銀香港+滙豐總行的好景色，很棒！有機會的話還是會再來的！

酒店的位置真的太棒了。去中環的各個地方都很方便，步行就可以到達，酒店很漂亮，房間也很大，景色也很漂亮，前台還免費幫我升級了房型、非常感謝😊

房間超級大，在寸土寸金的香港實屬難得，而且地段絕佳，在中環腹地，去太平山纜車站、機場快線、天星小輪碼頭、摩天輪，以及坐巴士都非常方便，走路5-10分鐘的距離，想購物也是樓下就是一推奢侈品商店。全家人都覺得本次香港遊最棒的一點就是入住了文華東方酒店。服務員一半是華人一半是提供英文服務。
連住享·早餐:好吃、新鮮，但每天都是同一種類，連吃幾天就膩了😂早餐可以嘗一到兩天，其他時間可以去外面常常當地早餐

處處是驚喜，非常貼心的服務。好像家人一樣懂你。很温暖、很好吃、很好睡、很方便。下樓就是地鐵站。在這一片還可以找到非常出名的勝記大排檔。和翠華餐廳。香港不大，去哪裡都很方便。住這樣的酒店。可以讓玩得疲憊的身心放鬆下來。住進去了才知道是張國榮離去的那個酒店。自從張國榮在這裏告別以後，酒店反而更火了。

時隔八年，再次入住香港文華東方酒店，服務依然很頂，是我每次來香港入住的必選項之一，雖然這次房型不如預期，但整體感覺不錯，地理位置無敵！港鐵F口出來步行1分鐘即到，機場快線出來也是10分鐘內就能走到，去山頂坐纜車，坐叮叮車，坐天星小輪，或者中環附近逛一逛都很方便！！最後感謝樑經理check out的時候幫我們提行李，指路，雖然衹是簡單聊了幾句，但感受到MO對會員的關懷！希望下次再來時，一切更完美；）
