第一次入住香港文華東方，意外收穫一段温暖的轉機旅程 ✨
因為轉機臨時訂了香港文華東方酒店。從機場快線一路順暢直達香港站，下車步行幾分鐘就到了酒店，交通真的太方便了，對於像我這種帶着行李轉機的旅客，幾乎是無縫銜接。
更想特別感謝前台Jennifer Zhao小姐。整個過程她都用非常專業和温柔的語氣向我解釋房間配置和酒店服務，並且介紹了酒店的餐飲服務，並主動為我領路去餐廳。讓剛結束15個小時飛行的我感到安心並且對文華東方有了更深的認識
房間本身也很出色：整潔、安靜、低調奢華，每一個細節都體現了高級酒店的底氣。尤其床品質感讓我感受到什麼叫做“城市中的避風港”。
雖然衹是短暫停留，但無論入住還是退房時前台小姐的笑容和體貼服務讓我感受到一種很珍貴的“人情味”。最後還去書店購買了扇子🪭。下一次出行還會繼續選擇文華東方

一直是文華東方的粉絲，好幾年前來香港住過置地文華、這次是住的老文華，不一樣的感覺，房間設定確實更老派一些，但不妨礙入住人很多，經典始終是經典

從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到低調奢華的氛圍，每一處細節都透着雅緻與用心。辦理入住時，工作人員的服務熱情又專業，全程高效且貼心，還主動詢問了我們的需求，讓人瞬間有了賓至如歸的感覺。
我們預訂的客房視野絕佳，窗外就是香港的璀璨夜景，房間內部的佈置更是精緻舒適，床品柔軟得讓人一沾就不想起來，洗漱用品選用的品牌也很有格調，處處彰顯品質。
餐飲方面更是驚喜連連，無論是早餐的豐富多樣，還是晚餐的精緻美味，每一道菜品都能感受到廚師的匠心，搭配上優雅的用餐環境和周到的服務，用餐體驗堪稱頂級。
最值得一提的是酒店的服務，從客房服務到禮賓部，每一位員工都訓練有素，反應迅速且態度真誠。無論是詢問出行建議，還是需要額外的幫助，他們總能第一時間給出滿意的迴應，讓人感覺無比舒心。

體驗拉滿了 坐地鐵到酒店門口就感受到了酒店的熱情，本人英文不好 在文華閣辦入住時非常耐心的和我交流和介紹，也成功的使用“許願櫃”收到了自己想要的紀念品🥳 贈送的巧克力非常精緻美味！
客房層高有點低但是打掃的非常乾淨 早餐出品的質量很高，健身房也非常專業有很多其他同級別酒店都沒有的六角槓鈴和自由桿（基本上都是史密斯）泳池有點小 沒有找到泡池和桑拿。
香港文華東方作為文華東方的亞洲旗艦開業了60多年，依舊保持着該有的水準，不僅是宏觀上 也在很多細節裏，這裏的三言兩語是無法形容的，還需每個人自己去體會
在新加坡的mo住着更想念香港的mo了🥹（個人觀點）
