Overall, the hotel is good, but I feel the value for money is average. Here are some personal criticisms:
1. There are two elevators in the lobby, one leading to the guest rooms and the other to the function area. The signs are unclear and it's easy to get lost.
2. The TV says you can call customer service after watching a movie, but there's no such service.
3. For a price, I find it puzzling that you have to pay for the minibar, as the room only comes with three welcome apples.
4. The buckwheat pillows you request for the room were delivered, but they were dark inside and the pillowcases didn't match.
5. I feel like the Chinese language isn't very accessible in this hotel. The TV, phone, bedside buttons, and daily service are all in English.
6. The pillows are incredibly soft, and those who aren't used to them might have trouble sleeping!
