這幾年因為工作經常住這家酒店，前幾年還好，可能沒太多遊客。今年服務明確差了很多，前台服務我真懷疑是哪個集團培訓出來。有個前台男生那種沒禮貌確實少見，我要求的房間他不能提供，跟我説我下次要訂豪華間才有這型號，就不要一個電話隔開兩張床而已。我住那麼多年沒人告訴我，而且前台有個女孩很客氣的告訴我説在訂房的時候註明一下就行。那次我就註明了。到拿房間的時候，再跟前台確認，那男生説我不是訂這種型號，我説我註明了，他沒理我，必須要我加錢才給我換房間，我解釋説你們同事告訴我在訂房的時候註明一下就行了，而且跟他説我這幾年幾乎每星期都住這裏2天，他直接按電腦找我記錄，説我之前是兩年前住過，我真驚訝你們怎麼有這樣的員工，行為這麼差。後來我跟他説一般都是我老公幫我訂房，給他名字查了才閉嘴。服務型行業不容易，我也懂，可是有必要這樣的工作態度嗎。那次真是很不愉快的經驗。

Отличный отель, большой просторный номер за адекватные деньги. Единственное что можно отнести к минусам это то что он не в центре, но тут выбор либо платить в 3 раза дороже , либо жить в приличном отеле за деньги как в неприличном в центре. Опыт уже есть … в общем рекомендую

咁我好少寫評價的，一係唔寫，一係就hea寫，咁今次係我第三次住哩間酒店，因為性價比高，前兩次都係正常check in check out，係今次第三次入住嘅時候出現咗啲問題，事緣係凌晨先返到酒店，去到房間門口發現地氈濕濕地，一打開門，連房間個地板都濕埋，就打去reception個到反映咗哩個問題，一開始其實諗住幫我抹返乾就可以，但係前台就提出話幫我哋換過間房，仲係咁同我講唔好意思、影響到我，點知換房仲幫我upgrade咗，仲offer埋late check out俾我，咁以上嘅條件都係酒店主動offer俾我的，哩種處理方式絕對係the best🫶🏻絕對會再有下次🫶🏻（唔知工作人員會唔會見到哩個comment，因為本身想留紙仔，但係冇紙同筆，所以決定係哩到share）
