Large room by Hong Kong standards. Although the windows do not open, the air conditioning works well. Amenities include shampoo only, no toothbrush. Convenient location, close to the station and tram, supermarket, convenience store, dim sum shop, etc., all within walking distance.

There is no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room. The area is OK. The front desk lady is difficult to communicate with. I haven't refunded my deposit of 500 yet.

I have stayed here for many times but the toilet is still clogged. Last time I stayed here, the toilet cleaner had to come to the room to unclog the drain twice. This time, to avoid the drain being clogged again, paper towels could only be put into the trash can after using the toilet. I understand that this is a bit unhygienic but there is nothing we can do about it. Last time when we were clearing the drain, the hotel also suggested that we not put paper towels in the toilet and flush at the same time. Hope the hotel can really improve. And the cleanliness in the room was barely adequate.

The front desk staff is average. The last stay was not a good experience. The TV remote control in the room did not work and has not been repaired. I still bought the room. It is very inconvenient for guests staying here.
