Hoo Sang Hostel (Mong Kok Metro Station E1 Exit)

When checking in, the lobby door was closed. I called the internet number, and the hotel was quite rude, asking us to use the phone on the main door to call management. Not only was no one there, but we called the door number several times, but no one answered. After waiting in the stuffy building for nearly half an hour, I tried to contact the hotel again, only to be told they weren't in the lobby. Isn't that normal? They told us to wait and someone would come. This kind of service attitude and work style should make everyone think carefully before checking in, and don't ruin your travel experience.

I went to Hong Kong with my mom and baby during Christmas. The location was a little hard to find, but the price was low compared to other options. The hostess was very nice. The three of us were upgraded to a quadruple room for free, and she also gave me a bottle of mineral water for my baby to make milk. Thank you very much!

I got my card on the 20th floor and checked in on the 12th floor. The front desk was on the 14th floor. There were different elevators on the 3 floors. One elevator could not go directly to the first floor. I had to change the elevator again. The name of the hotel I actually stayed in was different from the one I booked. The room looked like the hotel in front of the station 20 years ago. Even if it was cheap, it couldn't be done this way.

The landlord is very nice, and the management lady is also very helpful (teaching me how to take the A21 to the airport), and she even automatically helped me change to a larger double room! The room is very clean, and boiling water for washing is very convenient! I boarded the plane smoothly the next morning, thanks to my sister for her help!
