辦理入住時大廳門沒開，撥打網路電話，飯店方相當不客氣請我們使用大門上的電話撥給管理人員，人不在就算了，多次撥打門牌電話給管理人員也未接，在悶熱的大樓裡等了將近半小時，再次與飯店方聯繫竟然回覆人不在大廳不是很正常嗎？叫我們繼續等就會有人來了，這樣的服務態度、工作模式，請大家前往入住時要審慎思考，別壞了自己旅遊心情。

I went to Hong Kong with my mom and baby during Christmas. The location was a little hard to find, but the price was low compared to other options. The hostess was very nice. I got my card on the 20th floor and checked in on the 12th floor. The front desk was on the 14th floor. There were different elevators on the 3 floors. One elevator could not go directly to the first floor. I had to change the elevator again. The name of the hotel I actually stayed in was different from the one I booked. The room looked like the hotel in front of the station 20 years ago. Even if it was cheap, it couldn't be done this way.
