Location fabulous as close to Causeway Bay MRT station and also 'Ding-Ding' Tram stops. Massive Shopping Centre (Times Square) has a convenient subway entrance. Room was as shown in photos - two beds (I only needed one), desk, nice Bathroom (with separated shower). There is no Reception per-se, but they sent me photos to my phone as to what codes were needed to access the Building; the Floor I was staying on and the Room itself. There was also a helpful girl in the Bling Shop downstairs who assisted me on behalf of the Inn owners. Externally, the building is a bit confronting but there is a 'night man' sitting in the Foyer at night which as a solo, senior, female Traveller I found comforting. The Lift is an experience in itself, but not in a bad way! I am 70 years young and slept well and felt safe in both the room and when travelling around the area at night. Plenty of opportunities to eat for every budget (Fast Food, Restaurants, Take-away, Supermarket, Vegan and Vegetarian).
