SCAM HOTEL. No check-in instructions were provided. No sign at the address. Did not answer the phone at 5PM when I arrived to check in. No front desk. Only responded to Trip customer service to deny my refund request.

The boss is very nice and the building manager is also very nice. The room is okay based on the price. However, the Ping An Building is under construction and the walkway outside is a bit scary. Not every elevator can reach it. The elevator signs are not obvious and I couldn't find it at first.
