TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE＞ THE WIFE was obnoxious! THEY DO NOT HAVE CONSIDERATION! THEY TOUCHED AND PACKED MY PERSONAL STUFF. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT TO A PERSON'S PRIVACY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! I stayed in a single room. When I arrived, a couple accommodated me. The wife cannot speak English and wasn't friendly and welcoming. The husband who speaks English was nice and he allowed me to check out at 3:00 PM the following day. The next day morning, the wife told me to check out at 12:00. I already made an agreement with the husband and I didn't know how to explain to her in Chinese. So, I rushed to go back there after my meeting. I arrived at about 12:40 and when I opened the main door, the wife looked so upset and speaking in Chinese. When I opened my room door, all of my stuff have been packed! Those stuff were my electronic gadgets, used clothes(and underwear!). I also have money in there. I was furious! I took out my stuff and unpacked and repacked them in a small hallway. When the wife noticed I was not happy, she called their Indonesian maid to talk to me. The maid tried to explain to me that they packed my stuff because they had incoming guests. I was very aware of that possibility but the check-in time is at 2:00 PM and it doesn't take 30 minutes to clean the tiny room. Also, there are 3 other rooms that were vacant. Moreover, I requested for late check-out from the husband upon check-in and he allowed it.

Although the room is not big, it is very clean and quiet at night. The boss also lives in the first room after entering the door, and the service is very thoughtful. The location is near the Mong Kok MTR station, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

It's really hard to comment. In this place where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, I just feel bad. Life is so hard for ordinary people in Hong Kong.
