I booked it last minute and met the boss lady who is half my hometown haha. The environment is average, but the room is really nice. The room is not small and the toilet is also big. It is clean and hygienic. This price is very good in Hong Kong. Recommended 👍🏻

Near MTR station, Place is clean, but with faint smell of cigarettes (A usual case in Hk Hotels), landlady was nice and accommodating even if she can't speak English. Has basic toiletries (shampoo, bath soap and disposable towels)
They allowed free luggage storage.
