給合和酒店一個超大的贊，住宿期間身體不適，打電話問前台借體温計，沒想到來了兩位工作人員特別認真的幫我量體温記錄，觀察我的病情。當晚的值班經理（3月7號晚上，忘記她的名字了）特意打電話過來問我怎麼樣，需不需要去醫院，第二天退房的時候，前台的工作人員刷我房卡，估計是電腦有備註了，又去叫出來值班經理小姐姐再次詢問我是否好點了。全程超感動，感受到香港的酒店類似的服務是從程序上每個環節的人都具有邊界感意識，在尊重客户的基礎上運用程序來進行完善的服務。（內地的五星級酒店可能聽到客人發燒之類的會送薑湯或各種各樣的幫助，是有人情味的多樣的。而在香港是感受到真的有一套完善的程序支撐服務體系的運轉）
所以雖然設施上酒店沒能達到真正的五星級標準我還是給全五星好評，而且畢竟酒店的價位在灣仔這個位置屬於性價比之王，基本的設施完全能滿足旅行出差的需求，一些奢華五星的設施不具備也可以理解，價位在這裏。
以下是幾點瑕不掩瑜的不足之處和提醒看評論的朋友需要注意的：
1.酒店沒有浴缸，不過淋浴設施很棒很舒服。
2.週五晚上附近有個酒吧嗨到凌晨三點，屋內可以聽到，但不是在你耳邊蹭的那種。酒吧不確定具體位置，對噪音敏感的人羣入住提前跟前台溝通。
3.房間隔音不好，隔壁吵架聽的很清楚，噪音敏感人羣要注意。

Hong Kong hotels, especially in Wan Chai, are usually really expensive for such spacious rooms and clean facilities, but this place has everything at a reasonable price. If the price stays the same, I want to stay here every year on business trips!
