They try their best, and I am sure they give you the best they have, but the rooms are really small and not comfortable. I understand Hong Kong has one of the most expensive square meters in the world, but the room I slept first night was the worst I stayed in my life. They shouldn’t put anyone there. I had nightmares the entire evening. You can see the pictures. I asked to change and I paid more 6 US dollars per night for a 5 mts room. More 3% for paying with visa (the only place asked me that in the entire city). So, I would say, search better. Maybe you can get better, even in the same building.

Great location and nice clean room. Very small and basic but ok.
Toilet could be improved as it is impossible to use it after the shower.
Good choice for a short stay in HK in TST area

The Receptionist is friendly the room is fine not as big but its good since we just sleep in there the area is just near MTR station and some of the tourist spot

Bad choice, the single rooms are very small and without windows. To reach the floor you must to use the lift, often you need to wait more then 5 minutes in queue.
