Hygiene: Overall good, but the two bottles of mineral water provided in each room were not renewed, only one and a half bottles left by the previous guest, and the disposable comb used by the previous guest was not thrown away in time

I took my parents to Hong Kong for a tour. We booked a hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East because they were going to see a concert at Hung Hom. When we got to the hotel, they said there were no rooms. I had already booked and paid for the room. My parents are almost 70 years old. When I called, they said there were no rooms and they would move to a faraway place or refund the money. Later, I asked Ctrip to contact the boss but he didn't answer the phone. The service was really bad. Later, I took a tough attitude and refused to change or refund the room before they let me stay. This is the first time I write such a bad review for a hotel. Let's avoid it.
