Very clean and cheap. I have booked again and recommend it to my family. The subway station is right at the door and it is also very close to Victoria Harbour. It is very convenient. The Indians on the first floor were also very enthusiastic to tell me how to get there. The location is easy to find

Once I arrived, there was no room available, despite of my booking and payment. The receptionist made some calls and sent me off to the fifteenth floor, an upgrade so to say. But only when it comes to the floor. The room itself had no window, no fridge as in my original booking and bedsheets were covered in stains.
The room was tiny but ok for Hongkong standards in this price segment. The building itself however is a real rat hole. Crowded, smelly and dirty. The elevator situation was annoying and took lots of time. I wouldn't return to this Guesthouse or this building in general, despite of its great location.
