I like to try new hotels, so I came to this Dolphin Hotel to try it! Their service is very Hong Kong-style, simply put, there is no sincerity! The front desk employees have poor smiles, official flow! Feeling is the flow of operations, did not pay much attention to the customer's requirements and feelings! Very typical Hong Kong service! For example, requesting a late check out is to delay you by an hour (12noon) and then the air purifier tells you no! The rooms are on the small side, and in off-peak times (Tuesday to Friday) the basic room costs more than a thousand dollars! Basically, this hotel doesn’t have so many customers, and it’s not that busy, but when it’s time, they’ll still call you to remind you to leave the room! Moreover, the employees of the Dolphin Hotel are expressionless and smile! Basically no service to speak of! The attitude is no different from a two-three-star guesthouse! Also the package I bought included dessert, but the front desk clerk never mentioned it when checking in! And I forgot myself! This hotel can be said to be disgraceful! Not serving customers with heart, just urging customers to leave! Simply put there is no difference with the clock! Myself and will not recommend others to go 😓 Disappointed! However, this place is directly in Kai Tak Garden, so this location has its own unique value!
