Hotel is located near the Lai Chi Kok MTR station, making it very convenient for getting around.
hotel room itself are exceptionally clean and well-maintained
all necessary amenities are provided
the room is small, it doesn't feel cramped at all
the staff are lovely and welcoming.
bakeries, restaurants, and a shopping mall nearby, making everything super convenient.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Room is relatively clean tho we found some small stains on the floor as well as the curtains, basic facilities are there, would be better if there was water provided.

I needed a hotel closer to HK to stay for 1 night and found this good located new hotel. Only 5 mins walk to station and shops. My room was small but clean and Morden. Kettle and fridge. The walls are slightly thin and can hear a phones ringing. Very good for the price.
