The room is small enough, but well-equipped, clean and sanitary. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, right outside the commercial street, and only two stops away from Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui. Convenient

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!
The staff are not accommodating especially the old lady with eye glasses. They take advantage to tourist and give expensive rate with their rooms. Their duvet and bedsheets are not clean. It smells cigar, they do not change it after. They do not offer extra trash bag. The place is creepy. IT’S WORST!

The floor you located first is wrong. Check-in is not on that floor at all.
Secondly, the front desk was not there when I went to the floor where I checked in. The floor had been repainted.
The smell is very unpleasant
Room hygiene is OK
Understand that Hong Kong rooms are small
In short, it is recommended that Ctrip clearly indicate where to check in.
Make sure not to let guests run out of time. The itinerary is already very tiring.
